Meraki Group is seeking a creative videographer with proven real estate experience for its marketing team.
The role covers end-to-end video production, from concept and filming through editing and delivery for social media, advertising, websites and property campaigns.
Video production and campaigns
- Plan, shoot and edit content for real estate projects, properties, developments and lifestyle campaigns.
- Film walkthroughs, launches, amenities, construction progress, events, interviews and promotional campaigns; create cinematic videos showcasing properties and their surroundings.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to develop concepts aligned with campaign objectives.
- Handle pre-production, filming, lighting, audio, editing, colour grading and delivery; capture aerial footage where required and permitted.
Social, editing and asset management
- Create content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn and digital advertising.
- Develop concepts, storyboards, scripts and shot lists; produce short-form videos intended to support engagement and lead generation.
- Edit video and add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, music and branding; adapt formats and aspect ratios for platforms.
- Organize footage, project files and content libraries, follow brand guidelines and maintain a premium real estate visual identity.
Experience and portfolio
- 2–5+ years of professional videography experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating real estate or property videography.
- Real estate, property development, architecture, hospitality or luxury lifestyle experience is preferred.
Production skills and tools
- Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting, gimbals, microphones and other video equipment.
- Strong editing and post-production skills, with experience creating short-form social media content and property reels.
- Knowledge of cinematic filming techniques, composition, lighting and storytelling.
- Professional editing tools may include Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent software.
Additional qualifications
- Ability to work independently from concept through final delivery, meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Drone photography or videography experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Dubai/UAE real estate market is preferred; a UAE driving license is an advantage.
