Experience and portfolio
- Requires 1–2 years of professional graphic/static design experience in the UAE real estate industry.
- Requires a strong portfolio featuring real estate, property, lifestyle, or luxury brand creatives.

Design qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is required; InDesign knowledge is an advantage.

- Experience creating designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, websites, and email campaigns is required.
- Basic understanding of real estate marketing terminology and property development campaigns is required.
Responsibilities
- Design static creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, email marketing, and other channels.
- Create materials for property launches, project campaigns, exhibitions, events, and promotions.
- Develop project creatives featuring property details, payment plans, offers, amenities, locations, floor plans, and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Content teams; adapt designs to channel and campaign specifications.
- Maintain brand consistency and produce brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, posts, ads, and other collateral.
- Retouch and edit property and lifestyle images; stay current with design and real estate marketing trends.
- Manage multiple requests and deadlines while maintaining quality; coordinate with external creative partners.
