Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and proactive Videographer to join our Marketing Team.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English and have previous experience in the healthcare sector.

The role requires creating high-quality video content, working closely with doctors and medical staff, and producing engaging content that supports the hospital’s marketing, branding, and patient education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Capture, film, and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, website content, and internal communications.

Conduct video shoots with doctors, consultants, and healthcare professionals.

Coordinate directly with physicians to develop content ideas, scripts, and educational videos.

Cover hospital events, medical procedures (where permitted), patient testimonials, and promotional activities.

Produce short-form and long-form video content optimized for digital marketing channels.

Ensure all video content aligns with the hospital’s brand guidelines and healthcare regulations.

Manage video equipment, lighting, audio, and post-production editing.

Work closely with the Marketing Department to execute content calendars and campaign requirements.

Travel between hospital departments as needed to provide immediate video coverage for urgent marketing requests.

Maintain an organized archive of video assets and footage.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Media Production, Videography, Film, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of professional videography experience.

Previous healthcare or hospital experience is mandatory.

Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Strong experience in video filming, editing, lighting, and audio recording.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with doctors and senior healthcare professionals.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative mindset with strong storytelling and content creation abilities.

Experience

creating medical, healthcare, and patient education content.

Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing requirements.

Photography skills are an added advantage.
