Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a

Video Editor & Motion Designer - Arabic Speaker who will be

responsible for editing, polishing, and adapting assets for digital platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat, Meta, YouTube, and others.

The ideal candidate has strong short-form editing instincts, understands what makes content engaging in the first few seconds, and can turn raw footage or first cuts into polished, performance-ready videos.

You should be comfortable working with UGC, product videos, campaign footage, social-first content, paid ads, captions, motion graphics, music, sound design, and multiple format adaptations.

1. Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit short & long-form videos for social, e-commerce, paid media, and campaigns.
  • Transform raw footage, UGC, influencer, and agency assets into polished videos.
  • Optimize pacing, transitions, sound, captions, and visual flow for engagement.
  • Create platform-ready content for TikTok, Reels, Snapchat, Meta, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Ensure videos are brand-aligned and publish-ready.

2.Motion Graphics & Visual Enhancement

  • Add motion graphics, text, overlays, transitions, and visual effects.
  • Create captions, subtitles, end cards, and branded elements.
  • Use motion design to improve storytelling and conversions.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all formats and platforms.

3.Captions, Subtitles & Language Versions

  • Create captioned videos for sound-on and sound-off viewing.
  • Prepare English & Arabic subtitle versions when needed.
  • Ensure captions are accurate, readable, and well-timed.
  • Adapt text layouts for different platforms and languages.

4.Platform Adaptation & Versioning

  • Resize videos into multiple formats including 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, and 16:9.
  • Create variations for different platforms, audiences, and campaigns.
  • Produce hooks, cutdowns, thumbnails, CTA edits, and A/B test versions.
  • Export files in the correct formats and quality standards.

5.Paid Media & Performance Creative Support

  • Create ad variations based on performance insights.
  • Test different hooks, CTAs, messaging, and formats.
  • Apply feedback to improve retention, CTR, and conversions.
  • Understand editing impact on paid social performance.

6.Workflow, Organization & File Management

  • Manage multiple video projects and deadlines.
  • Organize footage, assets, exports, captions, and project files.
  • Follow naming conventions and export standards.
  • Build reusable templates and workflows for efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in media, marketing or similar field will be an advantage
  • Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or fashion-related video production is a plus
  • What we're looking for
  • Strong video production & editing skills with experience creating engaging content
  • Proficiency in color grading and visual enhancement
  • Motion graphics & basic graphic design knowledge
  • Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
  • Fluent in Arabic & English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
  • Strong captioning, subtitle editing, and audio editing skills
  • Ability to create simple animations, transitions, overlays, and branded visuals
  • Good to have
  • Experience with ecommerce, fashion, beauty, wellness, or retail brands
  • Understanding of performance marketing, creative testing, and A/B testing
  • Basic graphic design skills for thumbnails, covers, and overlays
  • Ability to create light animations and product explainer content
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and platform-native content
