Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Media Buying Specialist - Arabic Speaker, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The successful candidate
will be responsible for assisting in planning, monitoring performance, ensuring optimization best practices are followed, validating reports, and supporting continuous improvements to drive strong ROAS and revenue growth across GCC e-commerce markets.
1. Agency Coordination & Support
- Support the management of paid media performance across all platforms.
- Coordinate with the external media agency and track deliverables and timelines.
- Assist in ensuring the agency follows best practices in campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and optimization.
- Participate in weekly performance meetings and follow up on action points.
2. Campaign Planning Support
- Assist in the execution of full-funnel campaign plans (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion).
- Support alignment of paid media activities with commercial priorities, promotions, and product focus.
- Help coordinate testing initiatives (creatives, audiences, formats, landing pages) with the agency.
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Review and consolidate agency reports and dashboards.
- Track key KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, and AOV.
- Highlight performance trends and share insights with the team.
- Flag underperformance and support in identifying improvement actions.
4. Budget Tracking
- Support monitoring of media spend across channels.
- Ensure budgets are being utilized in line with plans and highlight any discrepancies.
- Assist in tracking performance against targets and basic profitability metrics.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with internal e-commerce, creative, and content teams to support campaign execution.
- Assist in preparing clear briefs for creatives based on performance needs.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams to support promotional activities on platforms like Amazon and Noon.
6. Execution Follow-Up
- Support communication with the agency on campaign updates, optimizations, and timelines.
- Ensure tasks are followed up and delivered on time.
- Assist in maintaining consistent execution and reporting cadence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field is a plus
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in performance marketing for e-commerce (GCC markets).

- Previous experience with Amazon is a plus
- Strong knowledge of full-funnel performance frameworks and scaling strategy.
