About the role

Key responsibilities

• Review footage, select the best takes, and assemble a seamless narrative aligned with briefs and timelines.
• Apply color grading and correction to create consistent mood, tone, and brand identity.
• Integrate AI tools and automated workflows to streamline editing and elevate creative output.
• Balance audio mixing and sound design while maintaining visual continuity and production standards.
• Work with creative and production teams from concept through final delivery.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.

Qualifications and requirements

• Proven video production and editing experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-powered creative tools, generative media, and automated editing workflows.
• Strong technical skills in color grading and audio post-production.
• Creativity, aesthetic judgment, curiosity about technological innovation, and attention to detail.
• A bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with branded content, agency AI workflows, or fast-paced production environments is a bonus.

Work arrangement

• Full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi.
• Work location is in person.

Pay

• Pay starts at AED 8,000 per month.
