Eleva Communications seeks a Creative Director to lead its in-house media team in Abu Dhabi.
The role sets creative vision and leads high-impact video campaigns and multi-channel content for corporate, government, and brand communications in the UAE/GCC market.
Creative strategy and production
- Lead creative strategy for client briefs, translating business objectives into concepts, visual treatments, and narrative storyboards.
- Align concepts with client brand guidelines, project milestones, and UAE cultural sensibilities and regulations.
- Provide hands-on creative and directorial guidance during pre-production, shoots, and live-action sets.
- Work with producers, videographers, and lighting directors to realize the visual and storytelling vision.
Post-production and leadership
- Guide editors, motion graphics designers, colorists, and sound engineers to maintain narrative coherence and aesthetic quality.
- Oversee final creative reviews and client presentations to ensure polished work meets pitch and campaign objectives.
- Mentor and manage in-house creatives and foster a collaborative, innovative, and efficient working environment.
- Partner with account managers and senior leadership on agency pitches, stakeholder presentations, SOPs, and creative benchmarks.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 15,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Requirements
- Proven track record conceptualizing and executing high-impact video campaigns and multi-channel content.
- Experience across corporate, government, and brand communications in the UAE/GCC market.
- Ability to lead creative teams and direct high-stakes video productions.
- Ability to ensure creative concepts reflect client brand guidelines and UAE cultural sensibilities and regulations.
