Eleva Communications is hiring an experienced Accountant Assistant for its in-house finance team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The role is full-time, with immediate joining sought, and is explicitly not entry-level.
Requirements
- Professional experience as an Accountant Assistant or Junior Accountant in the UAE or GCC market.
- Strong experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Understanding of UAE VAT laws, tax compliance, local financial regulations, corporate financial standards, and invoicing.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Brilliant ERP, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent English; UAE-based candidates available for immediate joining.
- Ability to work at pace, meet reporting deadlines, and adapt to agency and project schedules.
- Experience with financial workflows, client billings, and job costing for corporate, government, or agency work is highly preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 2,500 per month.

- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process vendor payments and perform bank reconciliations.
- Handle financial workflows, client billings, and job costing for client and project work.
- Support UAE VAT compliance, tax compliance, and local financial regulations.
- Complete accounting and invoicing work in accordance with UAE corporate financial standards.
- Meet reporting deadlines and adapt to agency and project schedules.
