- Support portfolio-level planning and prioritization.
Candidate profile
- Senior experience in project development, infrastructure, or large-scale real estate is required.
- Strong exposure to feasibility studies, investment cases, and stakeholder management is essential.
- Strategic thinking, commercial rigor, and government-facing credibility are expected.
Preferred experience
- Experience on Saudi mega or giga projects is highly advantageous.
