Candidate profile
- Senior leadership experience in real estate development within large, complex project environments is required.
- Strong exposure to Saudi Arabia's regulatory and development landscape is highly preferred.
- The ideal profile combines technical development expertise with commercial and stakeholder management strength.
- Experience with public-sector stakeholders or giga-project environments is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrate credibility, decision-making authority, and long-term strategic thinking.
