Typical learning work

• Design, facilitate, and deliver leadership development and management-skills programs.

What Foreground looks for

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a trainer, facilitator, or L&D professional; corporate or organizational delivery experience is preferred.
• Demonstrable expertise in one or more listed content areas.
• Ability to adapt facilitation for diverse audiences, including executives, mixed-language groups, and cross-cultural teams in the GCC context.
• Ability to review or adapt content, contribute to program architecture, and align learning objectives with business outcomes.
• Comfort working within a partner firm's branding and delivery standards.
• Fluency in English is required; bilingual Arabic and English delivery is a significant differentiator.
• Relevant certifications are an advantage, including CPTD, Train the Trainer, ICF coaching credentials, or licensed MBTI, DiSC, Hogan, or EQ-i tools.
• Virtual-delivery experience and proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or LMS-integrated environments are sought.
