Overview
To lead the end-to-end asset management function across portfolio, including residential, retail and commercial assets, ensuring optimal asset performance, revenue maximization and long-term value creation.
The role is responsible for overseeing leasing (residential and commercial), resale strategies and asset optimization initiatives, while aligning with broader development and community positioning strategy.
It ensures sustainable income generation, high occupancy levels and superior tenant/customer experience across all managed assets.
Asset Performance & Revenue Optimization
· Own and drive overall AUM performance across residential and commercial portfolios.
· Develop and execute strategies to maximize rental yield, occupancy and asset value.
· Monitor asset-level financial performance including NOI, leasing spreads and ROI.
· Identify underperforming assets and implement turnaround strategies.

Grow the AUM portfolio, set growth strategies, acquisition, creating a fund platform and further divestment strategies.
Asset and Leasing Strategy & Execution (Residential & Commercial)
· Oversee asset and leasing strategy, value creation, pricing and positioning across all asset classes.
· Ensure strong occupancy levels through effective demand generation and tenant mix optimization.
· Drive residential and commercial leasing strategies to attract high-quality corporate tenants.
· Monitor leasing pipelines, conversions and renewals.
Property Management
· Tenant Management: This includes marketing vacant units, screening applicants, handling leasing agreements, and managing tenant turnovers.
· Maintenance & Repairs: Responsible for routine upkeep, emergency repairs, and preventative maintenance to keep the property safe and attractive.
· Financial Management: Involves collecting rent, budgeting, managing operating expenses, and providing financial reports.
· Legal & Risk Management: Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, such as landlord-tenant laws and safety codes.
· Operational Oversight: Supervising on-site employees and coordinating with contractors
Resale & Secondary Market Management
· Establish and manage resale strategy for residential and commercial units.
· Monitor secondary market trends and pricing benchmarks.
· Work with brokers and channel partners to drive resale velocity and value appreciation.
· Ensure alignment between primary sales, resale and leasing strategies.
Portfolio Strategy & Asset Lifecycle Management
· Define long-term asset management strategies aligned with master development vision.
· Oversee asset lifecycle from post-handover stabilization to maturity.
· Collaborate with Development and Sales teams on product positioning and future pipeline planning.
· Provide input into new developments based on market insights and asset performance data.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
· Track market trends across leasing, pricing and demand dynamics in the UAE.
· Benchmark asset performance against competitors and industry standards.
· Prepare periodic AUM performance reports, dashboards and strategic insights for leadership.
· Provide data-driven recommendations to improve portfolio performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Collaborate with Sales, Leasing, Development, Retail, Marketing and Finance teams.
· Align leasing and asset strategies with brand positioning and community vision.
· Support marketing campaigns for leasing and resale initiatives.
· Ensure alignment between asset management and long-term business strategy.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
· Ensure all leasing and asset management activities comply with regulatory requirements.
· Oversee contract structures, lease agreements and risk mitigation frameworks.
· Maintain governance standards across asset operations and reporting.
Educational Qualification & Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or related field (mandatory)
- MBA or Master’s in Real Estate / Finance / Strategy (strongly preferred)
- Professional certifications such as MRICS (RICS), CFA, CAIA or equivalent preferred
- Executive leadership programs from reputed institutions (e.g., INSEAD, LBS, Wharton) are an added advantage.
Work Experience
- 20 years of experience in asset management, leasing or real estate portfolio management in the UAE/GCC sector.
- Strong experience managing mixed-use portfolios (residential, retail and commercial).
- Proven track record in driving AUM growth, leasing performance and asset value enhancement.
- Prior leadership experience managing large, multi-functional teams.
