Role Purpose
Owns the Integrated Waste Management Platform (IWMP) and the enterprise integration layer, ensuring operational systems are connected and data flows are reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and governance of the IWMP platform.
- Lead the Integration Architecture and Support Manager.
- Design and manage enterprise integration architecture using APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
- Oversee integration between IWMP, Oracle ERP, field systems, and third-party platforms.
- Ensure system availability, performance, and resilience for critical operational integrations.
- Work closely with the operations business partner to align IWMP to field needs.
- Manage integration vendor relationships and service level agreements.
- Drive automation and workflow optimization within the IWMP ecosystem.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years in enterprise integration and platform management.
- Strong expertise in integration technologies (MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, or equivalent).
- Experience with IoT-enabled platforms or operational management systems.
