E-Commerce Operations Executive
to manage marketplace operations, order processing, inventory control, and MIS reporting across online sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage orders across Amazon, Noon, FNP, and other marketplaces.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment coordination.
- Monitor inventory, stock reconciliations, and returns.
- Review marketplace charges and payment settlements.
- Prepare sales, inventory, payment, and operational MIS reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse, finance, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Noon, FNP, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Unicommerce or similar OMS/WMS systems.
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting, and data analysis).
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
