We are seeking to hire an experienced
Internal Audit Manager
to lead the internal audit function, strengthen governance and internal controls, and ensure the efficiency of operations and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual risk-based internal audit plan.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
- Conduct financial, operational, administrative, and compliance audits.
- Prepare audit reports, provide recommendations, and follow up on corrective action plans.
- Review policies and procedures and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with senior management and relevant committees regarding audit findings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Provide advisory support to enhance internal controls and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, .
- Professional certifications such as CIA,
SOCPA, CPA, or ACCA
- are preferred.
- Minimum of 10
- years
- of experience in internal auditing, including at least
- 5 years in a managerial role
- .
- Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards, risk management, and corporate governance.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
