- Ensure full compliance with BD quality systems, regulatory requirements, and business conduct standards.
- Drive operational rigor, performance management, and continuous improvement across the organization.
People & Organization Leadership
- Build, lead, and develop a high performing regional Surgery leadership team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, engagement, and customer focus.
- Develop succession plans and leadership pipelines for critical roles.
