An Abu Dhabi camel veterinary clinic seeks an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a multidisciplinary team.
The manager supports smooth clinic operations, high-quality client and patient care, and effective management of veterinary, nursing, and administrative staff.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee clinic operations; lead, coach, schedule, delegate to, and monitor veterinary, nursing, and administrative teams.
- Improve SOPs and workflows across reception, consultation, treatment, and follow-up; manage appointments, client flow, and waiting times.
- Coordinate with clinical staff on case flow; monitor and report revenue, utilization, client feedback, and efficiency KPIs.
- Manage medical-supply and equipment inventory and procurement, maintaining cost-effective stock control.
- Ensure regulatory, quality, safety, and infection-control compliance; handle client escalations and complaints.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training; contribute to campaigns, events, partnerships, and client engagement.
Candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, veterinary or animal science, or a related field; relevant master’s degree is an advantage.
- 5–7+ years in a veterinary or animal-farm setting, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role; proven veterinary-team management experience.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills; hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong client-service mindset and professional communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with flexibility for clinic working hours.
Location and workplace
- Based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; this is an on-site position at the clinic.
