The Vertical Marketing Manager – Groceries is the growth engine behind Snoonu's grocery business.

This role owns the full marketing strategy for two key pillars: the Groceries vertical (supermarkets, hypermarkets, and specialty grocery outlets) and Snoomart, Snoonu's own Q-commerce grocery service delivering essentials in minutes.

You will shape go-to-market plans, drive customer acquisition and retention, and work cross-functionally to scale both verticals to market leadership.

Vertical Ownership & Strategy

  • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Groceries vertical and Snoomart (Snoonu's Q-commerce)
  • Align vertical marketing plans with company OKRs, commercial targets, and the overarching Snoonu brand
  • Translate business priorities for groceries into high-impact campaigns that drive awareness, first orders, and repeat purchase
  • Monitor vertical P&L health and marketing efficiency, continuously optimising spend across channels

Go-To-Market Execution

  • Design and execute GTM plans for new grocery outlet partnerships and Snoomart category/product launches
  • Lead always-on and seasonal campaigns across digital, in-app, CRM, and offline touchpoints tailored to grocery shopper behaviour
  • Develop promotional frameworks (flash deals, bundles, loyalty mechanics) that balance growth with margin
  • Build and maintain a content and communication calendar spanning both Groceries and Snoomart

Snoomart Growth & Q-Commerce

  • Define the Snoomart brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition to customers and partners
  • Drive Snoomart's customer acquisition funnel, including paid media, referral, and retention programmes
  • Partner with the Product and Operations teams to improve the Snoomart in-app experience, category merchandising, and delivery promise communication
  • Identify and action opportunities to expand Snoomart's assortment, coverage, and speed-of-delivery narrative in marketing

Data, Performance & Reporting

  • Own vertical KPIs: GMV contribution, new user acquisition, order frequency, basket size, retention rate
  • Leverage customer insights, basket analysis, and market intelligence to inform campaign planning and creative direction
  • Deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership with clear recommendations and a test-and-learn roadmap
  • Manage the marketing team's day-to-day delivery, ensuring excellence in execution and on-time delivery

✨ Bonus Points If You Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 4–6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on grocery retail, FMCG, or Q-commerce / on-demand delivery
  • Strong expertise in GTM strategy, growth marketing, and performance marketing channels (paid social, search, CRM/email, push notifications)
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to connect customer insights and basket data to campaign strategy
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across Commercial, Product, and Operations
