Senior Product Designer (Food)

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and evolve the Merchant Portal for the Food vertical.

This is a B2B product with real operational weight.

Merchants use it daily to run their business — managing orders, content, and performance across their operations on Snoonu.

The challenge here isn't just UX — it's building tools that work for a wide range of users, from tech-savvy operators to owners who are running a kitchen with one hand and managing a tablet with the other.

You'll work across web and mobile surfaces, designing experiences that are clear, reliable, and genuinely useful for people with little time to spare.

This is not a greenfield role.

You'll improve a live, high-traffic product with real merchants, real data, and real constraints.

You'll be joining a multicultural Product Design team of 18+ designers working across customer-facing products, merchant tools, and internal platforms.

Designers are embedded in product teams and work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Writers, and Researchers — solving problems together, not in silos.

We care about how we work as much as what we build.
