Project Events seeks a Vendor & Partnerships Coordinator to support vendor relations, brand collaborations, and commercial coordination across events and activations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential vendors, brands, and business partners.
- Manage vendor inquiries, applications, and registrations; communicate with retail, F&B, and other event participants.
- Coordinate vendor requirements, documents, contracts, onboarding, setup, and on-site communications.
- Follow up on payments, deadlines, and outstanding requirements; support brand partnership discussions.
- Maintain vendor databases, records, and reports; help resolve vendor concerns before and during events.
- Coordinate with event and operations teams to support smooth event delivery.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in vendor coordination, account management, events, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Confidence communicating with brands, suppliers, and business owners; ability to manage multiple relationships and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is advantageous.
- Experience in retail, F&B, lifestyle events, or brand partnerships is advantageous.
Workplace and schedule
- The role requires on-site availability in Liwa, Al Dhafra, for approximately one month during December 2026.
- Company-arranged accommodation and necessary on-site work arrangements will be provided.
- Work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,500 per month.
