The role requires on-site work in Liwa, Al Dhafra, for approximately one month during the December 2026 event season.
Responsibilities
- Develop project timelines, schedules, and operational plans.
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and deadlines.
- Supervise event staff and assign responsibilities.
- Manage day-to-day project requirements and resolve operational challenges.
- Conduct site visits and oversee on-site event execution.
- Prepare project updates and progress reports, and ensure events meet company standards.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience in event management, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Experience coordinating suppliers and managing event teams.
- Flexible hours, including weekends during events, are required.
- Festival, exhibition, public event, or brand activation experience is preferred.
- A UAE driving licence is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–6,500 per month.
Workplace and arrangements
- Work is in person; the role includes approximately one month on-site in Liwa, Al Dhafra, during the December 2026 event season.
- Company-arranged accommodation and necessary on-site work arrangements will be provided.
