Project Events is seeking a creative, experienced Senior Florist to join its team in Abu Dhabi.
The role covers everyday orders, special occasions, and events.
Responsibilities
- Design floral arrangements, bouquets, and customized floral pieces.
- Develop creative concepts for weddings, events, and special occasions.
- Handle daily orders while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Select, prepare, and care for flowers to preserve freshness and longevity.
- Manage inventory, minimize waste, and monitor stock requirements.
- Work efficiently during peak seasons and high-volume orders.
- Guide junior florists when required and maintain an organized workspace.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional florist experience.
- Strong floral design skills and a creative eye for color, composition, and detail.
- Luxury arrangements, weddings, and event floristry experience is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of flower varieties, conditioning, handling, and care.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple orders, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong time management, organization, professionalism, and teamwork.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
