Project Events seeks an experienced, organized Event Project Lead to plan, coordinate, and execute events and activations.
The role requires managing multiple responsibilities and delivering projects efficiently, on schedule, and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee events from preparation through execution and completion.
- Develop project timelines, schedules, and operational plans.
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and deadlines; supervise staff and assign responsibilities.
- Manage day-to-day requirements, resolve operational challenges, and conduct site visits.
- Oversee on-site execution, prepare progress reports, and ensure delivery meets company standards.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience in event management, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Experience coordinating suppliers and managing event teams.
- Flexible-hours availability, including weekends during events.
Preferred experience and licence
- Experience in festivals, exhibitions, public events, or brand activations is preferred.
- A UAE driving licence is preferred.
Work location and schedule
- The role requires in-person work on-site in Liwa, Al Dhafra, for approximately one month during the December 2026 event season.
- Company-arranged accommodation and necessary on-site work arrangements will be provided.
Pay
- Pay is AED 5,000–6,500 per month.
