Vehicle Handover Specialist

Role overview

Customer handover and demonstrations

• Coordinate with Sales to ensure vehicles are prepared for scheduled customer handovers.
• Welcome customers and guide them through the vehicle handover process.
• Explain vehicle features, functions, controls, and basic operations.
• Demonstrate and assist customers with infotainment, Bluetooth, mobile applications, connectivity, and driver-assistance features.
• Answer customer questions during handover and provide follow-up support after delivery.

Delivery readiness and coordination

• Complete and file registration, insurance, delivery receipt, and customer acknowledgment documentation; collect required signatures.
• Inspect vehicles before handover and ensure they are clean, presentable, and delivery-ready.
• Coordinate personalized delivery arrangements, including welcome kits or merchandise where applicable.
• Support test-drive coordination and showroom presentation when required.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Workshop, and Detailing teams to meet agreed delivery timelines.

Records and improvement

• Maintain accurate vehicle handover and customer feedback records.
• Identify opportunities to improve the handover process using customer feedback and internal audits.
• Attend product knowledge, customer experience, and delivery training sessions regularly.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Delivery or Sales Manager.

Qualifications and experience

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant sales or customer-facing experience; automotive or car-sales experience preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including confident explanations of vehicle features and technology.
• Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills; professional appearance and customer-focused approach.
• Fluent English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
• Computer literate and able to use standard MS Office and relevant customer or vehicle management systems.

Compensation

• AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
