Fleet Sales Executive

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Identify and target corporate, government, SME, and other fleet customers.
• Develop sales strategies, meet monthly sales targets, grow market share, and contribute to fleet business growth.
• Build customer relationships, understand vehicle requirements, and develop new business opportunities.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Research customer needs, market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities.
• Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular performance, opportunity, and market reports.
• Prepare sales proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and develop annual vehicle purchase plans and long-term opportunities.
• Manage assigned-territory B2B accounts and serve as the single point of contact for assigned fleet customers.
• Coordinate with Service, Operations, Marketing, and other teams on the post-sales experience.
• Maintain customer contact and follow up on opportunities; participate in sales meetings, training, promotions, and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant fleet sales experience.
• Automotive industry fleet sales experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluency in English is essential.
