Role overview
Manage assigned van-sales routes, develop customer relationships, take orders, ensure product availability, and achieve sales targets.
UAE market experience is sought; fuel station, petrol station, convenience store, FMCG, or related sales experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Visit fuel stations, petrol stations, convenience stores, and retail outlets on assigned routes.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly and annual targets; take orders and support timely product delivery.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and onboard new customers.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising; monitor stock, expiry dates, and product movement.
- Execute promotions, displays, and trade marketing activities at outlets.
- Collect payments and follow up outstanding balances where required.
- Prepare daily sales and route reports and monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market developments.
- Maintain and keep the company vehicle clean; follow the daily call plan.
- Coordinate order and delivery requirements with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams and follow company procedures.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Experienced van salesperson with strong UAE market experience; fuel station, petrol station, convenience store, FMCG, or related sales experience is preferred.
