Role overview
Supports the Brand Sales Manager with brand planning, distributor coordination, retail execution, and performance reporting.
Brand and product portfolio
- Coordinate brand plans, launches, line extensions, listings, distribution, and availability across targeted outlets.
- Monitor SKU movement and collect product feedback from distributors, sales teams, and retailers.
Market, sales, and retail execution
- Visit markets and outlets to monitor pricing, promotions, competitor activity, displays, product visibility, and merchandising.
- Support distributor sales and distribution targets; follow up on listings, outlet expansion, SKU penetration, and execution gaps.
Promotions and marketing
- Coordinate promotional schemes, discounts, rebates, sampling, demonstrations, activations, advertising, and influencer campaigns.
- Follow up on artwork, POS materials, displays, banners, and other marketing requirements.
Forecasting and inventory
- Support SKU-wise sales forecasts and coordinate stock requirements, availability, and replenishment with distributors and Supply Chain.
- Monitor inventory, fast-moving and promotional SKUs, and potential out-of-stock situations.
Budgets and reporting
- Maintain records of promotional activities and expenses, track expenditure against approved activities, and support evaluation of promotional effectiveness and ROI.
- Report sales value and volume, SKU productivity, distribution, stock availability, promotional performance, competitor activity, and merchandising execution.
Distributor and customer coordination
- Maintain distributor communications, follow up on orders and agreed activities, collect feedback, and support distributor and customer meetings.
Pay
- AED 5,000–8,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
