- Communicate findings and address client queries.
- Comply with valuation standards and maintain records.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Three years of relevant real estate valuation experience.
- Strong knowledge of valuation methods and local market trends.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
