Role overview
Maintain accurate property listing, rental, sold, and transaction data in the system for valuation assignments.
Key responsibilities
- Import and process off-plan, ready, sold, rental, and listing transactions daily.
- Update and verify transactions accurately and within required timelines.
- Identify duplicate, missing, incomplete, or incorrect data and follow up on corrections.
- Collect and verify comparable market data from real estate agents and other sources.
- Maintain fast data-collection turnaround and enter an expected 3,500 listings per month.
Qualifications and skills
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and data-entry productivity.
- Good knowledge of real estate terminology, property types, and comparable market data.
- Proficiency in data entry, data-management systems, and real estate databases.
- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and daily targets while maintaining high data-quality standards.
