Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date property listing, rental, sold, and property transaction data in the system for valuation assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Import and process all off-plan, ready, sold, rental, and listing transactions daily.
- Ensure all transactions are accurately updated, verified, and completed within required timelines.
- Identify and report duplicate, missing, incomplete, or incorrect data and follow up on corrections.
- Collect and verify market-comparable data directly from real estate agents and other relevant sources.
- Maintain fast turnaround times for data collection, expected to enter 3,500 listings per month.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and excellent data-entry productivity.
- Good knowledge of real estate terminology, property types, and comparable market data.
- Proficient in data entry, data-management systems, and real estate databases.
- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines, daily targets, and maintain high-quality data standards.
