Role overview

Responsibilities

• Assist tradespeople with daily site activities and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support installation work, surface preparation, and basic drilling, cutting, fixing, and assembly under supervision.
• Maintain housekeeping, remove debris, and shift, stack, and store materials.
• Follow supervisor instructions, care for equipment, meet assigned deadlines, and carry out other general site duties.

Requirements and qualifications

• Previous interior fit-out or construction experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools, materials, and workplace safety procedures.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor; ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Willingness to work at different project sites across the UAE and work overtime when required.

Skills and competencies

• Teamwork, communication, time management, and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn, work under pressure, and maintain safety awareness and discipline.

Working conditions

• Work at interior fit-out and construction project sites in person.
• Work may involve lifting materials, standing for extended periods, and dusty environments.
• Comply with company safety policies and UAE labor regulations.

Pay

• AED 1,200–1,500 per month.
