The UX/UI Designer defines and delivers high-impact digital experiences across web and app, with AI embedded across the customer lifecycle.
The role aims to grow revenue, digital share, engagement, and retention while improving operational efficiency through human-centered design, experimentation, and data-driven innovation.
Accountabilities
- Set experience strategy and own initiatives from discovery through launch and optimization.
- Design customer-centered journeys and applicable AI-enabled experiences, including personalization, recommendations, conversational interfaces, and automation.
- Lead research, journey mapping, usability testing, and experimentation; monitor conversion, engagement, retention, revenue, and satisfaction.
- Simplify digital flows, collaborate across business and technology teams, and evolve scalable design systems and governance.
- Promote accessibility, usability, security, customer trust, and measurable experience improvement.
Qualifications and experience
- At least 5 years in digital experience design, UX/UI, or product design in high-scale digital ecosystems.
- Proven delivery of complex transactional or service journeys with measurable impact and an end-to-end portfolio.
- Demonstrated experience in data-driven or AI-enabled design, commercial acumen, and Agile collaboration with engineering teams.
- Experience in ecommerce, travel, loyalty, fintech, or high-conversion platforms is preferred.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and cross-functional influence skills.
