Role overview

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct in-person assessments and virtual assessments across recruitment stages.
• Maintain accurate, timely candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to support a seamless candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
• Experience sourcing and screening candidates across multiple channels.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software; knowledge of recruitment best practices and hiring methodologies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Familiarity with job posting platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
