Design intuitive, user-centered web and mobile experiences by translating customer needs and business goals into clear interfaces.
Own end-to-end UI/UX, from understanding users and defining information architecture to high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and evolving design systems.
Design and research responsibilities
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes.
- Align stakeholders using clickable prototypes.
- Conduct user research through interviews and surveys and carry out usability testing.
- Iteratively improve designs and build consistent design systems using tokens and components.
- Improve usability and accessibility, including alignment with WCAG.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to help deliver product improvements.
Required qualifications
- Figma proficiency and experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or ProtoPie.
- User research skills, including interviews and surveys; experience with wireframing and information architecture.
- Experience with design systems, including tokens and components, and knowledge of accessibility and WCAG.
- User empathy, a customer-focused mindset, strong analytical problem-solving, and clear stakeholder communication.
- Proven product and engineering collaboration and ability to create clickable prototypes for alignment.
