Role Overview
Seeking an experienced UX Designer to create intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences.
The role collaborates with Product Owners and stakeholders to turn business requirements into effective design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage UX design initiatives with Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct user research into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs.
- Develop personas, empathy maps, and user journey artifacts.
- Maintain scalable design systems.
- Ensure designs comply with WCAG accessibility guidelines.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback.
- Advocate for user-centered design across the product lifecycle.
Required Skills
- UX design, user research, persona development, empathy mapping, wireframing, mockup creation, and prototyping.
- Design systems and accessibility standards, including WCAG.
- Tools include Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, InVision, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Independent collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders, plus strong communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications
- The posting states 10+ years of total experience and separately requires a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on UX Design experience.
- Demonstrated end-to-end UX solution delivery experience.
- Strong portfolio featuring user-centered design projects and design-thinking methodologies.
Desired Skills
Enterprise-scale product design experience.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of interaction design and usability testing best practices.
Familiarity with UI design principles and responsive design.
