Salesforce Business Analyst role focused on enterprise-scale implementations.
The role bridges business requirements and technical solution design and works with business, product, architecture, development, and QA partners.
Required experience and skills
- At least 10 years of overall IT experience, including strong Salesforce Business Analyst experience on enterprise-scale implementations.
- Strong Salesforce development background and ability to connect business requirements with technical solution design.
- Hands-on Salesforce Lightning, Aura Components, and Apex development and customization experience.
- Experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, data models, workflows, integrations, and application architecture.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, defect analysis, and production implementation.
Preferred or alternative domain experience
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and/or the banking and financial services domain.
Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams to translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Support requirements definition and Agile delivery activities, including UAT, defect analysis, and production implementation.
