Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise potable water, irrigation, drainage, sewerage, electrical, and other underground utility infrastructure works.
- Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, utility layouts, profiles, and design specifications.
- Coordinate with civil, MEP, landscape, surveyors, and project teams on setting out and execution.
- Coordinate with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, RTA, developers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Supervise installation of water and irrigation pipelines, drainage networks, sewer lines, manholes, chambers, ducts, sleeves, and related utilities to approved drawings.
- Inspect utility materials for approval and specification compliance.
- Monitor daily progress, manpower, materials, and subcontractor activities.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, authority regulations, and quality standards.
Experience
- Five years of infrastructure experience is preferred.
