Key Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance of all employees, sub-contractors and hired workers to established/approved health and safety management system, procedures, risk assessments, method statements.
- Provide health and safety advice to project management, employees, and sub-contractors.
- Provide support and advice to the risk assessment team to identify risks and set-up preventive measures.
- Enforcement of health and safety management system by issuing non-conformance, corrective action reports, and safety violation slip.
- Conducts daily inspection to monitor works, sites, and company facilities against documented health and safety management system, safe systems of work, and applicable regulations/standards.
- Review risk assessment, method statement, safe system of work, and permit to work system procedures.
- Assist the HSE Incharge in the development of general training needs of the employees project, site, or facility.
- Conducts training on Health and Safety, Site Induction, First aid, Emergency Evacuation and Fire Drill.
Requirements
- Construction or Infrastructure: 4 years (Required).
- NEBOSH Certificate (Required).
