Prepare estimates, BOQs, tender pricing, and cost analyses for infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and work scopes.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, rate analyses, tender pricing, commercial comparisons, and cost summaries.
- Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations and analyze material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Support value engineering; review variations, additional works, and revised quantities.
- Coordinate with planning, engineering, procurement, and project teams.
- Submit accurate estimates on time and maintain rate and cost records.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure or civil construction estimation.
- Strong experience in roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, water supply, and related infrastructure works.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and tendering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- UAE/GCC project experience is preferred; familiarity with Dubai Municipality, RTA, or DEWA requirements and Candy/CostX is advantageous.
