Overview
We are looking for a User Operations Intern with previous internship, project, or practical experience in an internet or technology company.
This role will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Design teams to analyze user trends, identify growth opportunities, and support initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
What You'Ll Do
- Support Keeta's user growth operations across assigned markets, contributing to initiatives focused on user acquisition, reactivation, engagement, and retention.
- Analyze user growth and operational data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and business insights.
- Investigate performance fluctuations (e.g., acquisition, retention, transaction volume) and provide data-backed recommendations on potential root causes and solutions.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Design, and Operations teams to support the planning and execution of growth initiatives, campaigns, and operational projects.
- Assist in building reports, dashboards, and presentations to monitor business performance and communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Support user research initiatives by designing survey questionnaires, coordinating with third-party research vendors, collecting user feedback, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
What We'Re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous internship, project, or practical experience in an internet or technology company.
- Strong data querying and analysis tools.
- Experience using SQL to extract and analyze data from databases is mandatory.
- Experience with Circle or other data platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable handling sensitive business data with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Curious, eager to learn, and passionate about understanding user behavior and business growth.
