User Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About The Role

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding optimization through product iterations, personalized campaigns, and targeted engagement strategies.
• Improve new-user activation and first-time transaction conversion rates.
• Build a user lifecycle management system and user segmentation framework.
• Increase engagement and repeat purchases through membership programs, points, gamification, cross-selling, and related strategies.
• Design and optimize referral and viral growth mechanisms.
• Lead A/B testing and segmentation strategies to improve operational resource allocation.
• Collaborate across teams to execute lifecycle marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Use data analysis to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
• Stay informed about business-unit products, features, user preferences, and pain points.

Requirements

• Have a proven record of user growth from zero to one or one to a thousand, including retention, conversion, and repeat-purchase results.
• Have more than five years of internet-industry experience and more than three years in senior user-growth roles in e-commerce or fintech.
• Have independently led growth projects, operations, or campaigns using systematic methodologies.
• Understand A/B testing, funnel analysis, and lifecycle strategies.
• Have experience with marketing automation platforms or tools.
• Use data-driven thinking to build and improve monitoring and analysis systems.
• Be familiar with business-unit products, user preferences, and user pain points.
• Be bilingual in English and Arabic for coordination with MENA partners and stakeholders.

Work Arrangement

• A work-from-home arrangement is offered, although the arrangement may vary based on the business team's work.
