Responsibilities

• Support closure of regulatory exams and external audits using financial-crime framework and audit-process expertise.
• Coordinate with Central Compliance on outsourced compliance activities.
• Track and communicate remedial progress through a standardized issue-management framework.
• Support resolution of regulatory exam and audit findings for ADGM Binance entities.
• Validate proposed action closures against the original identified gaps.
• Assist with special projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of compliance, audit, and/or regulatory exam management experience, including closure validation or assurance.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations, compliance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Work independently in a fast-paced global organization and communicate with teams across locations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, writing, project-management, teamwork, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage complex projects and prepare external-facing materials with internal stakeholders.
• BA degree or international equivalent.
• Crypto/fintech and ADGM regulatory environment experience is preferred.
