Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to improve the hiring process.
• Drive or contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
• Maintain recruiting databases in a structured and timely manner.
• Build a qualified candidate pipeline through networking, university outreach, job fairs, and ongoing candidate relationships.

Requirements

• 8+ years of recruitment experience; experience in a top-tier Internet company or agency is ideal.
• Corporate talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies is a plus.
• English fluency is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Skill in modern sourcing and selection techniques and market mapping for global markets or Asia.
• A record of meeting aggressive hiring goals, effective stakeholder and relationship management, consulting skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
