Objective Of The Role

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and process all financial transactions related to property sales, with a primary focus on off-plan developments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Generate and maintain customer invoices, payment schedules, statements of account, and receipts, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
• Monitor customer collections and accounts receivable, following up on outstanding payments in line with contractual payment plans and project milestones.
• Reconcile customer accounts, sales ledgers, and escrow-related transactions, maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
• Track customer deposits, reservation fees, and installment schedules, proactively identifying and resolving payment discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Legal, and Customer Service teams to verify transaction details, resolve account issues, and support customer onboarding and handover processes.
• Prepare and maintain sales-related financial reports, including receivables aging, collection status, and cash flow forecasts, to support management decision-making.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, audit requirements, and the preparation of supporting schedules and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, RERA/DLD requirements, escrow regulations, and internal financial controls and policies.
• Respond to customer and internal stakeholder queries in a timely relating to billing, payments, account balances, refunds, and account status and professional manner.
