- Coordinate with creative agencies and suppliers for marketing materials, packaging updates, and promotional assets.
- Support annual brand plans, product launches, and consumer engagement initiatives.
- Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign evaluations.
- Monitor market trends, category developments, and competitor activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Prepare monthly trade marketing, brand, and e-commerce performance reports.
- Analyse sales trends, promotional results, and market performance.
- Provide recommendations to improve visibility, engagement, and commercial results.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Manage and optimize product content across e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Coordinate digital promotional campaigns with marketplace and retail media partners.
- Monitor key e-commerce performance metrics including traffic, conversion, sales, and return on advertising spend (ROAS).
- Support the development of digital assets including banners, product pages, and promotional content.
- Work closely with e-commerce partners to improve product visibility and online sales performance.
- Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights.
