- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on moulds, dies, and tooling.
- Inspect mould components for wear, damage, and dimensional accuracy.
- Disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble moulds according to maintenance schedules.
- Operate manual machining equipment such as lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, and drilling machines to repair or manufacture mould components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and maintenance instructions.
- Polish, fit, and adjust mould components to ensure proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot mould-related production issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts usage.
