UKG Support Developer – Check‑In And Check‑Out System

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced UKG Support Developer to maintain, enhance, and support the UKG Check‑In/Check‑Out workforce management system.
The role involves troubleshooting, configuration, integrations, and ensuring smooth daily operations for time‑tracking and attendance workflows.
Required Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience with UKG Workforce Central / UKG Dimensions
- Integration Support — Support integrations with HRMS, payroll, access control, and biometric systems.
- Expertise in Check‑In/Check‑Out workflows, timecards, scheduling, and attendance
- Proficiency in SQL, API integrations, and UKG reporting tools
- Experience with Workforce Management systems
- Ability to analyze logs, debug issues, and manage incidents
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
