About This Role
- 15+ years in IT, including 5+ years in solution architecture, designing AI-enabled multi-region, multi-channel contact center solutions using Azure and Genesys Cloud.
- Cloud & Architecture Expertise:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, microservices, API-led integration, and cloud-native architecture supporting scalable, resilient engagement ecosystems.
- AI & Conversational Technologies:
- Hands-on with Azure OpenAI, LLMs, agentic systems, speech AI, and RAG-based conversational frameworks integrated into contact center platforms.
AI Solution Design & AIOps:
Proficient in end-to-end AI architecture, data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and AIOps/LLMOps for real-time engagement systems
