This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about designing intuitive, user-centric experiences for complex SaaS products and enjoys collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver impactful solution
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces and workflows for complex business and operational processes
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and enhancements
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and evolution of scalable design systems and reusable UI components
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are practical, scalable, and accurately implemented
- AI-powered design tools and emerging technologies to improve design quality, efficiency, and consistent
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to identify pain points and drive continuous product improvement
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across the product development lifecycle
- Qualifications.
- At least 5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related field
- Proven experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or complex B2B products
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and usability best practices
- Exposure to AI-powered products, intelligent workflows, or data-driven platforms is highly desirable
- Experience working on platform-based products, workflow-driven applications, or operational systems
- Exposure to AI, automation, analytics, or data-centric applications.
