Hiring: Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

• ***Relocation is possible if not based in the UAE***
• We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join a cutting-edge infrastructure and platform engineering environment supporting both cloud-native and air-gapped Kubernetes platforms.
• 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance across Azure AKS and on-prem air-gapped Kubernetes (Rancher RKE2) environments
• Operate and maintain secure, resilient Kubernetes platforms including ingress, storage, and stateful workloads
• Automate deployments and operations using Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, Python, Bash, and Go
• Manage GitOps-driven environments using ArgoCD and Kustomize
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
• Manage container supply chains, image scanning, and private registry mirroring for disconnected environments
• Drive observability and monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, and OpenTelemetry
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident improvements
• Collaborate closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to support modern Kubernetes platforms
• 🔹 Requirements:
• ✔ 10+ years of Site Reliability Engineering / Platform Engineering experience
• ✔ Strong expertise in Azure cloud services, networking, and security
• ✔ Hands-on experience with AKS and self-managed Kubernetes platforms (Rancher RKE2 preferred)
• ✔ Strong GitOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and automation experience
• ✔ Proven experience in incident management and production troubleshooting
• ✔ Experience supporting secure, regulated, or air-gapped infrastructure environments
